I think that in the right hands, the apache is just way too effective. One way to balance it without changing any of its stats would be to add an ammunition factor. I suggest The apache land anywhere in hq and automatically refill it's guns and rockets at the same basic rate at the assault ammo pack. Or maybe an engineer could refill ammo but only at hq.
