Allow players to opt-in/out of auto moderation feature

Make the auto moderation an opt in/out feature. I got a voice ban this morning and I have no idea what I said. I didn't suggest someone originated in Africa, refer to them as a bundle of sticks, or insinuate that they are an old female dog.

The auto ban comes with no warning and no notification of what I said or how it violated the rules. I also have no idea when I broke the rule because when I received the ban I was sniping and generally being quiet. Granted I may have said d'm-'t, or sh't. But that only adds to my case that I don't want the nanny bot listening in on me.

I know some people don't know how to handle people saying mean things but the mute button worked perfectly fine before the auto mod update. Personally I'd rather be in the delinquent's voice chat because at least there I know I can freely speak without auto-Karen jumping me. In fact I'd bet money that a majority of the player base would turn the auto-Karen feature off if given the opportunity.

Even if the auto mod isn't changed to be opt in/out we should still be able to talk to the people we have friended. If we're already friends then they clearly wouldn't mind.
