Remove C-tac sniper for an anti tank rifle. It will do the same amount of damage as the Behemoth for normal players but it will do 25% of damage to a tank/AA. The amount of ammunition it will have will be 20 bullets. I want the reload like the beginner sniper and the magazine to hold 5 bullets. I also want the little bird helicopter blast radius and damage to be nerfed. Lastly I want faster talon missiles.
