Medic Pistol Replacement - Knife

Medic's are quite powerful in combat, and that kind of opposes a normal medic's design of not being a proper combatant (unless this game has the design be like that i dunno), so why not replace the Pistol or Primary with a Knife? allow headshots, instakill in the back, 2 shot in the front, have a cooldown on hits
