I propose a mechanic where when you shoot your gun at a vehicle with a tire the tire pops. This can make driving harder while at the same time losing health on the vehicle since the vehicle will drag. This will make the game more realistic and a sense of scarce while diving a ground vehicle. Also you can make it likewhere a humvee can take more bullets in its tire before it gives out vs less bullets compared to an atv.
