To counter engineers staying inside helicopters to constantly repair it, add a game mechanic where you would have to reload the repair tool like any other gun. This makes it so you will have to get out of the helicopter and restock it every now and then from ammo boxes in order to start repairing stuff again

Also, please, PLEASE, add ammo crates at the POI’s in conquest since people with the assault classes don’t give ammo to others for some reason
