EVERYTHING THAT SHOULD BE CHANGED/FIXED WITH JETS

1. if this is a bug, fix the auto repair perk not working on jets, if this is an intended feature, what the f*** is wrong with you guys
2. when in 3rd person, make the camera flip upside down if the plane is upside down
3. nerf the h*** out of talons for jets, i get the fact that they need to be fast enough to reach the jets, but limit the amount of time they are in the air to like 4-5 seconds
4. make vtol a button or just make it work better because rn it is very unreliable to use
5. 2 rockets to kill a jet instead of 3, they are too tanky
6. if in third person and you switch to rockets/minigun, the ui will show up in 3p
7. when locking onto other vehicles in a jet, often the rockets dont fire, do fire but dont actually hit the person because it passes through their jet, or staright up just blow up for no reason
