I dislike jets and think it was a mistake to add them, but since they're here and not going away I'd rather they be the best they can be.|

The spawning in for a jet should operate on a raffle system.

The Jet icon should show above/below it a timer until the next jet respawn is available. This will stop people waiting for a minute or more for an ambiguous jet spawn possibility.

At 10 seconds before the respawn completes, players can register for a chance to spawn in the jet. This is done by just clicking the jet icon.

Players should also be shown how many other people are in the draw.

If a player spawns in before the raffle is done, they lose their spot.

This system should also be in place for the start of match spawn cycle.

A possible extension idea is that anyone who misses out in a raffle gets a token, and the more tokens you have, the more likely you are to win. This should be profile side, rather than by match. This does come with the caveat however in that it means that the more practiced and effective players are less likely to get a chance to fly, over the newcomers/low skill players. A possible workaround for that is to allow players to gift their tokens to another in, particularly at match start; allowing well known good players to get a "community vote" priority.

This should also perhaps be extended to other vehicles in HQ spawn, if it is successful.
