Jet Throttle Control

While piloting the jet, it's often difficult to determine what level of throttle you're applying, unless you're using the virtual controls and look down at the throttle position. I have two suggestions:

1) On the left side of the HUD, display the throttle as a percentage/level much like the airspeed indicator.

2) an option for sticky throttle - allowing for incremental changes without the need for constant 'holding' the throttle stick/virtual control

These would allow pilots to have more control over throttle
