Field Perk: Forward Observer / JTAC

Add a Forward Observer/JTAC field perk for the Assault or Recon class that equips the player with a laser designator.

The laser designator could be used to paint a specific target or target area, whether that's a building, heavy vehicle, or an area where enemy players are concentrated. Once the area is designated, the laser communicates with allied aircraft—such as the Apache attack helicopter or F-35 fighter jet—allowing their rockets or other compatible ordnance to automatically home in on the designated target or area.

The homing effect would only remain active as long as the player maintains the laser designation. If the player stops designating the target, the aircraft would lose the homing guidance. This could also allow aircraft to see the designated area on their HUD or map, making the Forward Observer/JTAC a useful tool for coordinating air support and identifying enemy positions.
