Anti-Kamikaze and engineer privileges.

There needs to be a 1/10th of a second entry to vehicle penalty for kamikazing another heli or jet. This penalty lasts for 24 hours and is cumulative. So if you Kamikaze people five times, you'll have a half second penalty to entering a vehicle, 10 times would be one second.

There should also be a half second penalty for simply not being an engineer. Way too many medics, snipers and assaults Try to fly the heli as a way to get around Actually playing the game as their class. This should also apply to tanks and APCs. And of course, whenever they switch back to being an engineer, this penalty goes away.

These penalties should not come into effect whenever the vehicle has already been moved. Say for instance, a tank driver gets knocked out in the middle of a fight. This penalty should only work whenever the vehicle is freshly spawned.

Of course this system would be able to be abused. The voice moderation system seems to be pretty good at detecting certain keywords like n/r-word. Something along the lines of:

1. if pilot says : "I'm gonna kamakazi"
2. Pilot crashes
3. give prompt asking the other pilot if they think it was intentional.
4. If yes give penalty.

This wouldn't get all of them but it would get the majority. It's also not to heavy handed because it's only 1/10th of a second and only last 24 hours.
