Add Spawn and Revive Protection Shield with Vehicle Rollover Feature

A 3-5 second protection shield for when you are getting spawn camped or revived. Make the vehicles have a roll over feature in case we flip. Add more guns, gadget, and other things like stems that we use coins to buy
