Add default region selection setting

Server browser is annoying, I'd say it should save the region we chose previously - but now I have better idea, add setting with default region selection.

Then when you open server browser this region should be already put in filter.

Because right now the region selection is annoying with this < LIST >, IDK even how are these sorted.
