Enhance Death Screen and UI Rendering Priority for Better Visibility

Death screen and in-game ui has to be one shader rendering level higher than all game. Right now random players can cover my view for my local settings and death screen can clip into the wall so it's hard to respawn. As well as death screen is poiniting into random directions so i have to spin around irl to find it. Better make it follow player's head rotation slowly
