Adjust Placement of Spare Magazine and Grenade on Vest to Prevent Accidental Drops

Seperate spare mag and grenade further apart on vest. Numerous times go to eject mag or grab spare mag and wind up dropping live grenade at my feet.
Maybe move mags down closer to waist or grenade up towards right shoulder more.
