Decrease the lock-on range of the anti-air missile launcher. Right now, it feels like these launchers can hit aircraft from almost anywhere on the map, especially in areas without much terrain or cover. This makes flying feel overly punishing and discourages air combat. Reducing the range would reward better positioning and timing.
