Graphical enhancements for Quest 3/S and PC

The Quest 2 platform is dated and will the headset will likely lose support from Meta not long after this game leaves Early Access so in order to futureproof the game, add visual effects, foliage, extra map detail etc for only the Quest 3/S and PC versions.
