Adjustable Sniper Scope Offset for Enhanced Accuracy

Adjust sniper scope because right now they feel to me like it's either zoomed in to much or the scope is aimed higher than it should be. A fix would be giving players the option to adjust their virtual stock ofset for each gun like pavlov
