Make sniper's rifles one-shot in high-caliber weapons

Make sniper's rifles one shot. The 338LM from the awm and 50BMG from the barret (which should be semi auto) will definitly one shot. The svd is ok to not one shot as it is a dmr not a sniper's rifle
