add cosmetic badges

these would be nice to have for character customization

some ideas for badges:

• blood types (A+, A-, B+, B-, AB+, AB-, O+, and O)
• ORE
• smiley face

limited ideas

• beta 2025 (played in the open beta)
• etched name (won an etch your name category)
