reduce the recoil of the LMGs in the game. They already to the same or less damage than an assault rifle, they don't need double the recoil to "balance" them. The long reload time is the balancing point for the 100 round capacity.
Would be neat to get the ability to mount them with bipods to crate machinegun nests.
