As others have recommended, making a pilot class that is only one who can fly, but also buff aircraft to have more weapons or more flares or something, because random kids just get in a chopper and blow it up by themselves. Also, squads is weird with team voice chat. I feel either go for proximity chat or go for drill team chat. I recommend focusing on proximity chat only, maybe include radios.
