Enhance Sniper Class with Increased Projectile Speed and Wall Penetration

Two Sniper buffs that could make them fun:
-Increase projectile speed of the sniper to make them *usable*, and/or increase the damage to have the upper chest one shot.
-More of an added mechanic, but have the .50 cal penetrate/Destroy walls that are destructable.
