Implement A Button Function for Dropping Mags and Racking Bolts in VR Shooter

Let us press the A button (Quest 3 controllers) to drop mags from our guns OR prime the bolt. In many VR shooters, pressing A drops the current mag and/or racks it. For example on an empty m4, I could press A to drop the current mag, insert a new one, and press A again to rack it.
