Equip Red Dot Sights on Non-Pistol Weapons for Enhanced Starting Accuracy

Give a basic red dot sight to all non pistol guns, smgs are fine with iron sights, but other weapons should come with a red dot to start, battlefield games and other titles always started you off with at least a reflex sight
