I feel that the helicopters are too powerful. There is not much to counter them, so my idea would be a stationary AAA to deal with them. This AAA would be unable to hit ground units, and not do too much damage, but mainly to prevent a transport helicopter from flying all the way to the enemy HQ and drop 5 guys to just camp spawn.
