Improve Weapon XP Carryover, Helicopter Balance, ADS Accuracy, Weapon Handling, and Voice Chat Range

Feature Suggestion: Please consider improving some core gameplay and balance aspects: Weapon XP should carry over between classes (e.g., if the MP5 is unlocked for Medic, it should stay unlocked for Engineer and the attachments as well.). Helicopters currently feel overpowered and need more counterplay options. ADS (aim down sights) should be more accurate and meaningful, right now hipfire with tracers is often enough. Weapon handling could be more realistic: for example, mag release for the M4, or AK mag swaps like in VAIL VR. The proximity voice chat range needs tuning , sometimes teammates who aren’t in my squad sound like they’re right next to me, even when they’re over 200 meters away. With bolt-action snipers, you can only chamber the next round with the left hand because the weapon model rotates too much to the right, making right-hand chambering very uncomfortable. Despite these issues, I still really enjoy the game, these small fixes could make the experience far smoother and more immersive.
