Improve Sniper Scopes for Better Usability and Fun

SNIPERS ARE TERRIBLE.
All the scopes are terrible and basically unusable.
Take a look at caveman studios scopes. Sniping is fun and possible.
I'm trying to hard to level up just so I can get the DMR and have a chance
