Voice Chat Issue When Friend Joins from Friends List

Steps to Reproduce

1. Whenever a player joins or leaves my friends list.
2. It bugs my chat every time.
3. I have a full squad of cross-platform players.
4. When they join, my chat either disconnects.
5. Or I can only hear party and that one player.
6. Please fix.

Explanation

VOICE CHAT BUGGING - I've had this bug for MONTHS. Whenever a friend joins on me from the FRIENDS list, my voice chat bugs, where I can only hear my party, and no one else. Or it disconnects voice chat entirely. It ALWAYS happens whenever a friend joins on me. As a streamer, it is extremely frustrating and has been a bug for months. Please look specifically into the 'friend joining' code for PCVR players when a quest player joins. It SPECIFICALLY happens, EVERY time. I have notices on my stream so active viewers know not to join off friends list, but it still happens (obviously) cause people join on me. Please please please fix this. Its been like this for months and today was just horrendous and I'm super over it guys. Please focus on this bug. Happened ALL stream. VOICE CHAT DISCONNECTED. VOICE MUTED so i have to MUTE UNMUTE but then i can ONLY hear party chat and the ONE player that joined off my friends list. You have some code that is forcing the joining player into the party chat when the squad is full. You need to look into that specifically please.
