Voice Chat Connection Failure on European Servers

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a match on European servers in Forefront
2. Play the match or attempt to use in-game voice chat
3. Voice chat unexpectedly disconnects or fails to connect, displaying 'Connecting to voice chat failed' in the Audio settings menu
4. Quitting and restarting the game sometimes fixes it, but today it failed to restore voice chat entirely

Explanation

​Voice chat connection issues on European servers. This has been a long-standing issue where either I or one of my teammates loses voice chat during the game. Usually, we have to quit and restart the game to fix it, which is very frustrating. However, today even restarting the game did not solve the problem, and voice chat failed to reconnect ("Connecting to voice chat failed")
