Talons' Increased Flight Time Unbalances Anti-Air Dynamics

Steps to Reproduce
- Get into helicopter
- Unable to do anything other then evading talons
Explanation
Anti-air missiles are unbalanced after the increase in flight time.
The increase in missile flight time has made flying helicopters a much worse experience. In my opinion, Talons should be a local area-denial tool. Right now, infantry equipped with Talons are very effective at threatening helicopters across the whole map. This is especially noticeable on smaller maps or maps with fewer places to hide.
This breaks the balance as dealing with even a few persistent Talon users is now much more difficult than dealing with the dedicated anti-air tank.
Increasing the flight time of the anti-air tank's missiles makes sense, since it is a dedicated anti-air vehicle that is supposed to be a major threat to helicopters and a priority target for pilots. The balance is kept because the anti-air tank takes time to respawn and return to the battlefield after being destroyed.
Infantry with Talons doesn't have these disadvantages, they can respawn very quickly, often in different places on the map. This can make them more dangerous to helicopters than the dedicated anti-air vehicle itself.
Thus, I propose keeping the increased missile flight time for the anti-air tank(or increasing it if it's not already, i'm not 100% sure if the change impacted only talons or not), while reducing the Talon's flight time back to what it was before the change.
