Steps to Reproduce
- Spawn into Karst
- Run off the HQ platform - apparently jumping off it can negate the bug
- Notice slow forward movement of parachute regardless of hand position
Explanation
Slow parachute flight. When jumping off the HQ platform in Karst, the parachute often moves forward very slowly, regardless of input.
It feels like the same debuff to speed that's applied while walking in water - perhaps it's being applied despite the player being above the water's surface?
