Regression of:	#3144 Joining Screen Gets Stuck on Loading This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. have players in lobby
2. succeed in level
3. go to ready up screen
4. player afks or potentially leaves at strange time but still registers leaving no way to progress

Explanation

in lobby on loading screen between levels, one person either leaves or glitches out of game and there is no way to progress past the loading screen
