Elevator overlay persists after reconnecting in lobby

Steps to Reproduce

1. Lose connection to a match
2. Attempt to rejoin while remaining players are in elevator
3. Rejoin fails
4. Select 'No' to attempt another reconnection
5. Upon returning to ramrod, elevator overlay remains on screen

Explanation

Elevator overlay remains after returning to ramrod when trying to reconnect while players in the lobby you lost connection to are in the elevator. Good job on all the reconnect options btw, was a real sore spot in DRG deep dives
