Missing Drone and Bug in Equipment Cache Selection Menu

Steps to Reproduce

1. I had aborted my last mission in an altered hollow bough (length 6, complexity 2. double expenite, double enemy health)
2. Decided to run a mission in sandblasted corridors with the jumbled alteration
3. charged into the starting breakroom as soon as I could get there without skills (used running blades IV)
4. interacted with the equipment cache
5. E.L.L.I.S was late showing up to open the cache... then realized there was no E.L.L.I.S behind me
6. Called for E.L.L.I.S using the "c" key; which made the Equipment Cache move without E.L.L.I.S
7. A bugged form of the selection menu opened; normal on visuals, very weird and advanced options for the start shown
8. Picking the purple gun made no motions (sound did play), and would not proceed without a Cooper choice made
9. Cooper Choice made, had to pick another main card of the already shown
10. after the next main card, had to pick one more Cooper Card before the menu closed
11. game runs fine afterwards... unless a follow-up bug report needs to be made

Explanation

On a new mission run, I reach the breakroom to grab my starting gear. I noticed that E.L.L.I.S was missing after I had called them to the weapon/equipment cache, but calling them while waiting to open the cache had the animation play without the drone being there. The Options to select were bugged as well; reading out 3 choices of gear and 3 choices of upgrades for Cooper below them. Of the selection: there was a uncommon disposable turret, a common GK2 Rifle, and an epic Charging Revolver. The screan would not change after grabbing the revolver, but I got to pick the turret and two Cooper Upgrades with them. No Traversal Equipment was avalible after the selections were made, but calling E.L.L.I.S worked fine afterwards.
