Missing +30 Stoneskin on Rewind Upgrade for Retcon Class

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Retcon Class
2. Find workbench, interact
3. Select +30 stoneskin on rewind upgrade
4. ???
5. Have fun (and fail to get the correct stoneskin upgrade :( but that's okay!)

Explanation

When using the Retcon class and selecting the class upgrade from the workbench that allows the "+30 stoneskin on rewind" perk, the +30 stoneskin does not show up. This occured with 3 of those upgrades (for a total of +90 stoneskin) at the time I identified it, although it might have been happening for the +30 and +60 options, too. I filed this bug after our session had ended, so I'm in the lobby solo. If you would like to reach out for information, i have a screen recording saved that I can pass along.
