Steps to Reproduce
- I had acquired disposable sentry guns two levels prior.
- I died on the one where I first noticed the bug - another level with an equipment crate present.
- I was unable to build any for the rest of the game.
Explanation
Unable to deploy equipment after dying in a level where another equipment crate spawns
