Steps to Reproduce
- Place a shield right next to the elevator generator and stay under it
- Move around within the shield, you'll see that it stops like the machine is broken or when no one is close by
Explanation
For some reason, when you use the shield and you're under it, in some instances, the elevator stops moving all together when using a shield near it.
