Bioscanner hacking interface unresponsive when holding E key

Steps to Reproduce

1. Approach bioscanner until interaction prompt appears
2. Hold E to open scanning/hacking UI
3. No input works other than to cancel the UI

Explanation

Holding E opens bioscanner hacking but no input works. Correct way is to just tap E unlike all previous interactions which is unexpected
