Steps to Reproduce

1. Get Shock Striker
2. Get Heavy Weapon Crate Ammo Buff
3. Get Shjock Striker MAx Ammo Buff at Workbench
4. Disconnect
5. Reconnect to the same run
6. My Max Ammo went from 6XX to 4XX

Explanation

Ammo buff from either the heavy weapon Crate or the Shock Striker's Workbench Max Ammo Buff stops working after disconnecting and reconnecting to a run
