Steps to Reproduce

  1. Got to the promotion room
  2. promoted guardian
  3. got message about new possibilities
  4. nothing was added

Explanation

I promoted a guardian, got a message about new stuff, but nothig has change. I tried to reboot drg, but again that doesn't help at all
