Steps to Reproduce

1. reaper worm grabbed me through wall
2. either cooper or one of my perk passives interrupted the grab
3. i feel through the terrain

Explanation

so the reaper worm just grabbed me through a wall, dropped me while doing so, and i feel through the world into a much deeper pit with another elevator. The enemies either can't reach me, or are taking an extremely long time to get down here.
