When I drink the blackout stout and then respawn you end up going passed out to your spawning pod and are still very much drunk and still passed out. Just in the spawning area.

When you respawn after passing out drunk, you stay on the ground.

Passed out from a blackout stout on top of the maintenance drone and stayed passed out. Nobody could rez me and when I respawned I respawned passed out.
