Steps to Reproduce
- I was picked up right behind the ram hammer (escort quest) as it was moving into me
- I then received the facility lost screen
Explanation
Despite only getting downed once, I had failed the mission. With time on the clock. Unforutnately I couldn't report on the mission so no screen shot.
