Steps to Reproduce
- Die three times on the first stage
- Die the fourth time on the second stage
Explanation
Mission loss after being revived as a Slicer. Got revived 3 times by cooper on the first floor, when after fourth revival on the second floor got the "facility lost" message and failure screen. Happened on the 2nd depth 2 complexity 5 floor mission.
