Steps to Reproduce
- get a level up from big crystal
- get downed
- get revived by cooper for the first time
Explanation
Was doing a solo run as slicer just finished getting an expondite upgrade gotten from the big crystal drilling recived 2 levelups, got downed once and revived by cooper, the mission instantly was lost
dont remember what exact upgrades i picked
