Steps to Reproduce
- Used the ability and let the timer run out on its own
- Got a toolbox upgrade and chose rift while on cooldown
- After the cooldown ended, the power started using on its own for about 4 times
- It stopped after the 4th time
Explanation
when on the retcon it will activate the rewind abilitly on its own
