Steps to Reproduce
- I reactivated the elevator console after it had disabled midway through.
- I may have been downed as it finished reactivating.
Explanation
I was downed during the wait for the elevator to arrive and Cooper picked me up, then the mission failed. It was in overtime/endless wave.
