Steps to Reproduce
- Load into DRG RC as the dwarf you have all perk slots acquired for.
- Try to go to a dwarf you don't have all slots acquired for.
- There is no button to buy new slots, so you'll have to reload into DRG RC with that dwarf to buy new slots.
Explanation
Unable to buy new perk slots if you first spawn in with a character that has them all unlocked.
