Steps to Reproduce
- Go into the mission as retcon and don't use ability
- Get to the toolbox workbench
- Have 2 other people interact with it at the same time
- Can't interact with the workbench
- Rewind then you can
Explanation
wasn't able to interact with toolbox workbench as retcon until I used rewinded. Someone said it happens when 2 people interact with the workbench at once
